Turbo Install Instructions
Important Notice: Professional Installation is strongly recommended.
Failure to carefully read and adhere to these instructions may lead to premature failure.
Pre-Installation Steps:
1. Thoroughly inspect all gasket surfaces and prepare them accordingly.
2. Check to remove any foreign-matter intake systems.
3. Replace the oil inlet line, and clean adapter
4. Check and clean oil return line
5. Change the oil and oil filter; for high-performance units, we recommend using racing oil to safeguard your investment.
6. Prime the system by disconnecting the fuel and cranking the engine for several seconds, ensuring oil pressure is verified.
Installation Procedure:
1. Start the engine and let it idle up to operating temperature.
2. Check for any leaks at all connections.
3. Conduct a test drive under normal conditions for approximately 20 minutes before engaging in spirited driving.
4. If any abnormal sounds are detected, inspect all exhaust and intake hoses.
Note:
- Failure to follow these instructions may result in premature issues, and no warranty will be provided in such cases.
- In most instances, leaving the oil intake line disconnected before starting is the recommended method to verify oil presence. Ensure reconnection before starting the engine.
